Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, ich wurde auf dem Flur bedroht von einem jungen Gast, weil ich mich über die Lautstärke beschwert habe. Essen ist furchtbar, wir sind das 4. mal in Ägypten aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt Nie wieder in dieses Hotel !!! Fast nur Russen die das komplette Buffet zerstören

Let us mention please that Russians are not flying to Egypt since almost 2 years, and all nationalities are welcome in our hotel. For now on, the majority of English guests at the hotel, then - German and only after them - Ukrainian. We are one of the best hotels which provide good quality and variety of food and receive more then 90% of positive comments concerning our buffet. We would like to ensure you that every day we are doing lots of efforts in order to make continuous improvements and to ensure the comfortable stay for all our guests.
