Die Zimmer im Executiv Wing sind eine Katastrophale. Abgewohnt und muffig. Die Bäder indiskutabel gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage ist niemals ein 5 Sterne Haus. Überall sieht man die Verwahllosung. Die Liegen am Pool sind fast alle dreckig. Und der Speisesaal und die Aufenthaltsbereiche haben den Charm und Geruch von einem Altenheim.

Dear Jörn, Though we appreciate your comments about our facilities in general we can understand that the style of the room was not up to your liking and that was the main reason that made you feel such a disappointment. At this point, we would like to mention that our Hotel offers many alternative room types with different style, which allow us to be flexible and provide to our guests’ solutions according to their preferences always upon availability and with the additional charge. We really understand and respect that our hotel is not up to your liking and at the same time we believe that is quite unfair to judge so strictly a hotel and the services that our team members provide because you consider the decoration of your room old.
