Es ist eine 2 teilige Lodge, nur wenige Minuten von der Hauptstrasse zw. Tsavo Ost/West Parks ABER mind. 3 std. Autofahrt von Mombasa also mind. 1 Nacht einplanen + was Viele auch nicht wissen : Achtung ! Taita Hill ist 1. Teil ( hier ist immer das Mittagessen und leider einfache Zimmer = hier sind alle Kinder also jedes Alters - egal was Reisebüro sagt ! - und Teil 2 ist Salt Lick ( hier immer Frühstück + Abendessen und echt viel bessere Zimmer aber nur für Erwachsene + direkt am gr. offenem Wasserloch ) also beim Buchen sehr aufpassen da wirklich Viele Familien enttäuscht „falsch“ eingecheckt wurden ! Parkgebühr erfolgt hier immer beim checkin auch falls Onlinebuchung…
Taita Hill etwas einfacher, renovier bedürftig ABER Salt Lick echt super Zimmer in landestypischen ( lt. Tradition/Saga ) kl. Häuschen auf Stelzen ( zum Schutz vor den Raubtieren… ) = Natur Pur Events - Hautnah = Garantie : Tag + Nacht = viel Spass
Auch hier sehr aufmerksames gutes Personal aber sobald eine größere Gruppe kommt doch etwas überfordert, liegt sicher am „neuen“ Personal
