Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel ist riesig. Leider sind die Familienzimmer bei der Lobby und der Weg zum Essen, Strand, Pool ist eine kleine Weltreise. Man kann jedoch jederzeit den Transport dahin nutzen. Im Hotel gibt es mitten in der Anlage einen Adults only Bereich. Rechts davon befindet sich ein Kinderpool. Zudem hat es bei den Familienzimmern auch noch zwei große Poolanlagen. Essen und Animation ist spitze. Es gibt ein Buffet-Restaurant und mehrere Themenrestaurants, in welche man sich easy in der App einbuchen kann. Auch gibt es eine Art Starbucks im Hotel, sowie Einkaufsläden. Es sind vorwiegend Kanadier, Amerikaner und … in der Anlage. Die deutschen Urlauber kann man an zwei Händen abzählen. Am Strand ist es sauber und schön. Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende der Hotelreihen, so dass man im Meer sogar schnorcheln kann. Leider hat uns nicht gefallen, dass im Hotel verschiedene Gästekategorien gab. Man kann für viel Geld in den Premium und Eliteclub stecken. Damit hat man dann im Hotel mehr Vorzüge. Zudem hat man einen eigenen Pool und Himmelbetten am Pool und Strand, welche nicht von uns „normalen“ Gästen genutzt werden durften. In der Anlage gibt es heimische Tiere von Leguanen über Affen, bishin zu Nasenbären und Wachbären. Die Anlage ist mit dem integrierten Dschungel auch schön angelegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unsren TUI Reiseberater vor Ort haben wir zu keine Zeit gesehen, gefunden oder gesprochen. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Urlaub! Wir können das Hotel mit Kinder uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
