Dear guest, first of all, sorry for replying you in English, but my German is not good enough. Thank you for your positive review about your stay at SENTIDO Æquora Lanzarote. We will be passing all your comments to our staff on your behalf, above all to the entertainment staff. It’s always lovely to get positive feedback from our clients and we will inform all of our staff as these comments keep them motivated to do the best job they can at all times. Concerning the restaurants, we are sorry if you found our restaurant too crowd. We have different dinner shift for families and we give clients some timing suggestion in the restaurants entrance, in order to avoid massive concentrations. In our hotel you can find two different buffet restaurants (one for families and one for adults) and a very relaxing outdoor terrace heated in wintertime where family are accepted. However, since we are aware that it is a problem we have during the School Holiday, next year we are going to fix all these problems because we are going to do a big refurbishment above all in the restaurant areas.
