Aus DeutschlandSchönes Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaub, da nah am Strand und zum Flughafen. Vorwiegend für Gäste mit All-inclusive ausgelegt.
Qualität war gut, allerdings fehlte meist der rote Faden. Die Aufteilung in 3 Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen war angenehm. Am besten sollte man sich an die vom Hotel empfohlenen Zeiten halten, um zu viele Leute zu vermeiden. Außerdem empfehle ich die Terasse, da im Speisesaal doch alles recht beengt und laut ist. Das Personal ist sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht, jedoch ist dies nur auf den ersten Blick so. Wir haben teilweise tote Kakerlaken auf einer Mauer gesehen, die zum Bereich der Kellner führte. Zudem wurden oft nut die gleichen Stellen geputzt. Das benutzte Geschirr wurde sehr schnell abgeräumt, aber dadurch wirkte es auch immer recht hektisch beim Essen.
Nur knapp 5 min mit dem Bus vom Flughafen entfernt, was an sich toll ist (keine lange Anreise im Bus). Allerdings hört man die Flugzeuge dafür auch immer, woran man sich aber gewöhnt. Der Strand ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort gibt es jedoch einige Felsen und Algen. Ich empfehle den Strand weiterzulaufen (ca. 10 min gemütlich zu Fuß). Dort ist es viel schöner.

Dear Steffi, first of all, sorry if I answer you in English, but my German is not good enough. We are happy you liked so much our room and our facilities in general. Those are two very important things to us. Concerning the cleanness of our restaurant, because of the terrain and climatic conditions, on Lanzarote we have cockroaches and in summer they are more present. In this way we really try to control them doing frequent fumigations and follow the sanity standards with chimic products. Sorry if you see one of them. Also, we work together with an outside company who checks each month our kitchen, restaurants and pools and common areas to make sure our guest don´t have to worry about their safety. Also we receive regular health and safety checks by the different touroperators we work with. Thank you so much for your feedback, because it it the only way we have to improve our services.
