Dear Carolin, first of all sorry if I write in English, but my German is not good enough. We are really happy you liked the cleanness of our commun areas and rooms, and you found our food good. Concerning the bar staff treatment it is really sad you did not think was friendly; the kindness and the professionalism of our staff is one of our strengths and clients feel really welcomed. Lastly, our target is family and adults as well. It could be divided in 3 parts: one for families (with the kids only pool and the mini club), one for adults only (with the chill out bar and the adults only pool) and the part in the middle is dedicated to the entertainment.
