Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön. Wer jedoch HP statt AI bucht ist hier eher zweite Klasse. Teilweise Wartezeiten beim Essen. Zusätzlich sollte man beachten das die Junior Suite keinen durch eine Tür abgetrennten zweiten Schlafraum hat. Auch das Bad ist offen. Lediglich Dusche und Toilette ist durch eine Glastür abgetrennt. Jedoch nach oben ca. 10 cm offen.

War ok. Haben aber schon besseres gehabt. All in nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Lieber mit einen Auto auf eigene Faust die Insel erkunden und essen gehen

Every single feedback is really important to us, because it is the only way we have to improve our service. About the HB or AI, exactly what do you mean? For us all clients are the same and usually they are really happy with the Staff treatment. Has it happened something? Have you talked to our management? Concerning the design of the room, we are really sorry if you did not like it. When the hotel was restructured 2 years ago, we thought of a modern and minimalist style. Normally the open spaces of our Junior Suites is one of the strengths of Aequora Lanzarote Suites. However, to avoid surprise to our customers, the Junior Suites layout has been published everywhere.
