Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen in der Gastro.
Wirklich schönes Hotel Zimmer mit Zugang zum Pool. Im Mai war der gemeinschaftliche Pool allerdings noch sehr sehr kalt. Die Matratze im Bett war durchgelegen und sehr weich, dafür 2* Abzug, da das Zimmer ansonsten sehr hübsch und sauber ist.
Das Essen ist leider nur durchschnittlich und wird dem Hotel nicht gerecht. Speisen sind oft trocken, die Nachspeisen sind dem Anschein nach eingekauft und sehr künstlich süß. Großes Manko im gesamten Hotel: es gibt keinen vernünftigen Kaffee, ausschließlich Instant Kaffeemaschinen (im Restaurant und an der Bar). Aber natürlich wird man satt und der Kaffee ist genießbar, es gibt jedoch deutlich Luft nach oben. Getränke im All inklusive Paket sind relativ reduziert, siehe Fotos der Barkarte.
Durchweg sehr nettes Personal.
Gut gelegenes Hotel. Mit dem öffentlichen Bus, welcher ca. 200 m neben dem Hotel hält, gelangt man in ca. 30 min nach Kos Stadt. Die Busfahrt kostet oneway 2,10€. Mit dem Taxi nach Kos kostet es ca. 23€. Supermarkt und einige Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist schön, könnte aber etwas gepflegter sein.

We are very concerned to read that there were certain issues that caused some level of unhappiness during your stay with us and would like to apologize for any dissatisfaction felt. To all guests are provided the same Food & Beverage, and also in this case we didn’t received any complaints, neither for Food nor for Beverages. In terms of the quality of the desserts we can accept that you did not like the quality but not that we procure them ready. we have a patisserie that we make daily the desserts of the day and anyone can visit it. Furthermore we cannot understand the comments made about the cold water of the pool and about very soft mattresses which are of excellent quality and we receive very good reviews. it is not possible to know what mattress each guest has in their house. For information these layers are considered mediocre. Finaly almost 50% (14cocktails) of the cocktail list included in AL which are a large number. The Bar menu is posted on our website and is presented to you by travel agencies upon your booking so you should know it. Once again thank you for choosing Sentido Pearl Beach for your stay.
