Good evening Mr. Martin, thank you for the comments we made in your comment and we are glad you came down, you had a great time, but we do not understand the red hand (you do not recommend) that you put on our hotel based on what you said. in the bathroom there is a regular door that closes. the gap you claim to have is the minimum it should be as the door is made of glass and cannot fit perfectly. Of course there is privacy. The beach is cleaned daily. As for the impurities along the beach from the horses, we apologize although we are doing everything in our power to find a solution with the business with the horses. From then on everything else seems to have been perfect for you but with a negative rating. The ratings represent all of us who work every day to serve you better and we would like them to reflect reality.
