We are very sorry to read that your room was not to the usual Sofitel standard and we did not meet your expectations. The newly build pool surounding vegetation was lost during the pool building process and we are delighted that it has since regrown. The Spa has been renovated in summer 2023 and reopened fully staffed. We would love to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future so you could experience the positive changes.
