ZImmer, Zimmerservice, ok Essen gut, jedoch fast tägliche das Gleiche. Empfangsraum wirkt langweilig und die Sitzgelegenheiten dort sind unbequem. Während dem gesamten Aufenthalt gab es sehr viel Baulärm

ok, jedoch wenig Abwechslung über die Woche. Die Getränke an der Bar sind zu teuer.
Am letzten Urlaubstag, wir waren etwas über eine Woche in diesem Hotel, sind uns zwei Stunden vor dem Transport zum Flughafen alle Rennräder (drei Stück) gestohlen worden. Das Hotelpersonal hat uns bei der polizeilichen Anzeige nicht geholfen und dem Sicherheitspersonal war das eher egal. Sie dürfen uns die Videoaufzeichnungen nicht zeigen und ob die Kameras überhaut eingeschaltet sind wissen Sie nicht. Wir und jeder der das liest kann sich daraus seinen eigenen Reim machen. Eine Rückmeldung über das Ergebnis der polizeilichen Ermittlung haben wir vom Hotel nicht bekommen.

We would like to inform you that our hotel we have cameras and a Security Staff watching the facilities of the complex 24 hours per day. In case as you describe, we always cooperate with the Police for any information they need and help our clients in these cases.
