Insgesamt waren die Ferien toll, abgesehen davon, dass man uns beim Kauf der Reise im Reisebüro gesagt hatte, wir hätten „All-In-Plus“ und der Wasserpark sei kostenlos – aber das war eine Lüge, und ich musste 70 € pro Tag bezahlen. Die zweite Lüge war folgende: Der Abflug war um 22 Uhr, man sagte uns, wir müssten das Zimmer nicht bis 12 Uhr räumen, sondern könnten später gehen, und auch das war eine Lüge, und ich musste 35 € für das Zimmer nachzahlen oder das Hotel 10 Stunden vor dem Abflug verlassen.
