Die Hotelangestellten war alle sehr freundlich, fleissig und zuvorkommend. Schönes Hauriff. Neckermann Kinderclub war wirklich super unsere Tochter wollte gar nicht mehr nach Hause .Danke Lora und Teo, ihr macht das wirklich super. Nicht so schön war leider das Benehmen der russischen und arabischen Hotelgäste über das man nur schwer hinwegsehen konnte. Man sollte zum Essen in die verschiedenen Themen-Restaurants gehen das Essen dort ist wirklich sehr gut und man entkommt so dem Bahnhofshallenflair und der "Schlacht am Buffet" das leider immer in den Hauptrestaurants stattfindet.
