Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel ist auf das Geld von allen möglichen Touristen fixiert!!!!!!! Für ein altes Volleyball-Netz, das von meinem 5-jährigen Kind gerissen wurde- weil das Netz total alt und von der Sonne schon mal porös und geschädigt wurde, haben sie 50 Euro verlangt. Ich hatte kein Handy und kein Geld dabei, deswegen haben sie mich an der Rezeption über 1 Stunde festgehalten- mit der Drohung, dass sie mich der örtlichen Polizei übergeben- wer weiß, ob sie Deutsch oder Englisch sprechen😱😱😱. Der Hotel-Direktor stand höchstpersönlich dabei- über 1 Stunde!!!!!! (Weiß er etwa nicht, wie man Geld verdienen sollte?!) solange meine Mutter das verlangte Geld, als Entschädigung für das alte, an mehreren Stellen zusammengebundene Volleyballnetz, von ihrer Unterkunft holen musste, um uns unnötige Diskussionen ( wir können leider kein Griechisch) bei der Polizeistation zu ersparen. Ergänzung: Der Hoteldirektor drohte mit einem ganzen Tag - Samstag, Urlaub!) an der Polizei-Station. Ich hatte mein Handy nicht dabei (geschweige das Geld) und habe denen erklärt, dass die Telefonnummer von meiner Haftpflichtversicherung im Internet leicht zu finden wäre. Sie haben mir keinen Zugang weder ans Internet noch ans Telefon gewährt. Hmmm.... Zum Strand gehen und die Sachen holen- ließen sie mich auch nicht 😤 da kommt man sich in einem freien Europa blöd vor! Ob das wirklich der Rede wert war??????? Wir waren zwar keine Hotelgäste, aber die Strände sind ja letztendlich öffentlich. Und dieses Volleyball-Netz ist 1 Meter vom öffentlichen Strand entfernt. Kein Zaum, keine deutliche Markierung, kein Security-Personal- gar nichts! Wie willst du einem kleinen Kind erklären, dass das zum Hotel gehört und das man daran keinesfalls ziehen darf?? Vor allem saß ich in dem Moment mit dem Rücken zu dieser Anlage und konnte das überhaupt nicht gesehen haben. Eine vernünftige Entschädigung wäre gar kein Thema gewesen, aber wozu denn sooooooo dramatisch?????????!

Dear Rusiana R Thank you for rating our hotel with the lowest possible score on TripAdvisor and on holiday check . I would like to stress out the facts , as your review is not honest . Beginning I would like to point out , that the facilities of the hotel are exclusively for our hotel guests use you and your family came into the hotel area without asking for permission or paying the ‘’day pass’’ if you wanted to use our facilities . The beach of course is available to the public but the facilities of the hotel are not . Our sunbeds and our umbrellas are for paying guests only , you were using them with out having the right to do so . At this point I would like to mention that your young children ( who should be under your supervision ) destroyed a property of the hotel . Then the animateur, who was present at the scene asked you to follow him at the reception to discuss further , as YOU were NOT guests of the hotel and didn’t have the right to be within the hotel premises . I was called at the reception , cause you were not cooperative and you were being rude , while speaking with the hotel staff . After a long discussion made in your native language , in Russian and also in German you were asked to pay for the damage as a guardian parent . Your reply was ‘’ I am not responsible for the actions of my children , the children are ‘’ . A reply quite surprising I would say . Your mother , who was taking part in the discussion , went to collect her wallet from the hotel you were staying so he could pay the damage bill . Thank you for uploading also the photos of the damage you did to the hotel’s property . next time you wish to use the hotel facilities , please book a room in our hotel or pay for the ‘’day pass’’ at the hotel’s reception.
