Das Hotel hat seine blühtezeit hinter sich. Im Restaurant sind die Sitzmöbel abgewohnt verschmutzt und der Kampf um einen Sitzplatz ist täglich eröffnet. Rezeption und Reiseleitung haben nicht die Kundenwünsche im Focus, sondern den Verkauf von Ausflügen und teuren Appartments etc.
