Sie haben Zimmer mit Balkon versprochen und nicht gehalten. Baulärm war ihnen bekannt sie haben es allerdings verheimlicht um weiter Kunden abzuzocken. Das Hotel an sich ist schön der Service super aber TUI zockt ab und verspricht Strandzugang in 400m und Zimmet mit Balkon was nicht zutrifft
