Ser Service und die Betreuung sund sehr gut organisiert. Die Küche bereitet die Gerichte sehr sauber und geschmacklich gut abgestimmt vor. Die im Rahmen von all inclkusive ausgeschenkten getränke, unter anderem auch der Wein, sind deutlich überdurchschnittlich. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel ist macht Spaß und man verspürt die Lust, wieder dorthin zu reisen.
