Sehr große und gepflegte Hotelanlage -> lange Wege. Großer sehr schöner Strand mit Einschränkung (siehe unten). Essen unterer Durchschnitt-> kein 5* Niveau
Erstes Zimmer war mit einer Durchgangstür -> jedes Wort der Nachbarn war deutlich zu hören. Hinzu kam ein modriger Geruch -> war bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage nicht zu richten. Nach Zimmerwechsel war es ok. Lange Wege zum Pool & Co
Ich vergleiche das Essen mit Hotels wie der Robinson Kette oder dem Steigenberger Soma Bay -> hier kann das Hotel leider nicht mithalten. Dramatisch waren aber unsere Darmprobleme nach dem ersten Abendessen in diesem Hotel. Bei meinem Mann endete mit Fieber & Schüttelfrost beim Arzt -> Infusionen & Antibiotikum. 800€ Arztkosten… Wir waren dabei nicht die einzigen!
Das Personal war sehr nett und motiviert. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihren Job gerne machen.
Der Strand war unglaublich schön. Spaziergänge waren dort das Highlight. Aber: - Großbaustelle von einem neuen Hotel direkt angrenzt; Baulärm am Strand und Hauptrestaurant hörbar - ca. 100 Motorboote stehen vor dem Hotel Strand für Ausflüge bereit. Am Morgen kommt man sich am Strand vor wie auf einer viel befahrenen Straße / nachmittags war es ruhiger - Abfälle von den Ausflugsschiffen wir einfache ins Wasser geschmissen -> liegt dann mittags am Strand

Kinderclub schlecht ausgestattet. Nur Englischsprachige. Mein Sohn ist trotzdem immer mal wieder rein. Sporttrainer war toll! Der Pool groß und sauber. Abendprogramm haben wir eher gemieden ;)

We're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your visit did not align with your expectations. While our resort sits in a naturally lush and expansive beachfront setting, some environmental factors, including nearby construction and independent boat activity, fall outside our direct control. That said, we do have dedicated teams on site daily to maintain the cleanliness of the beach and monitor the area for guest comfort, including the presence of security. Regarding dining, we strive to offer a variety of options catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Food safety and quality are a constant priority for us, and we undergo regular audits and hygiene checks. We're aware that the transition to local ingredients and island-style preparation may differ from larger hotel chains, and we continue to refine offerings.
