- The receptionist was unfriendly and did not even explain the way to the lift - parking has to be paid daily - for an overnight parking you always pay the 24h rate - only 5%discount - crowds of tourists block the lifts - lifts complicated to use (insert card, take out card and then press floor number...) - many guests have difficulties - room extremely small- one cannot fall out of the bed as there is the wall... - no mini-bar - just a machine on ground floor selling coca cola 0,33 for 2,- - no room-service available - not enough plates and cups for breakfast-buffet - breakfast buffet chaotic (things that belong together are never placed next to each other / plates only in the middle... leading to absolute chaos...) - 7:00 to 7:30 construction noise waking everybody up - after 7:30 quiet again... - quality of food is good - beds are good (high and good support) - bathroom spacious and relatively clean
