Guest satisfaction is essential to us and we are extremely disappointed that we did not fully achieve this for you on this occasion. Concerning your highlighted comments thank you for drawing our attention to them please be informed that corrective action has been taken to increase our guest satisfaction, regarding the sea access please be advised that we have two accesses to the beach ( 1st by the beach and it marked and signed so you can enter the sea on foot) ( the 2nd is through the jetty which is located by the end of our resort).
