We sincerely regret that the pricing structure for the beach area services caused you frustration and negatively impacted your overall experience. We understand your surprise, especially when on an all-inclusive basis, and we apologize for any feeling of being unfairly charged. We want to clarify that due to the structure of our agreement, the small beach area you visited is managed by an independent third-party operator and is not directly owned by the Tivoli Hotel. This independent operation unfortunately sets its own pricing for food, beverages, and Wi-Fi, which is why those services are not included in the standard Tivoli all-inclusive package. We take your comments seriously and are actively reviewing our communication channels to ensure that this distinction is made absolutely clear to all guests upon check-in and through our information materials. Our goal is to prevent such misunderstandings in the future.
