Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, perfekt für Ruhe suchende an einer traumhaften Lagune! Leckeres Essen! Ganz tolles Personal! Ahmed im Restaurant, wahnsinniges Engagement, ebenso wie Mahmoud von der Poolbar oder Ahmed! Bela hat uns bereits im Januar überzeugt. Unser Roomboy Ahmed hat ganz tolle Arbeit gemacht und uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Super Animationsteam das es versteht ohne Druck oder nervig zu sein auf ihr Programm hinzuweisen. Wasserball mit Karim hat irre Spaß gemacht, er hat dann aber schnell gemerkt wenn wir mal Ruhe wollten. Das Hotel ist Ende 2023 neu eröffnet worden und besteht aus dem Resort Bereich für Familien und dem Village Bereich Adults Only. Wir waren beide Male im Village und haben die herrliche Ruhe und das tolle Personal genossen. Ein tolles Team und man fühlt sich wie in einer Familie. Der zweite Besuch war wie ein nach Hause kommen und man hat uns gleich zu Hause willkommen geheißen. Wir freuen uns bald wieder zu kommen und unsere Urlaubstage im True Beach zu genießen.
