Dear ps, thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and for your positive rating. Regarding the hygiene of our pools, kindly note that they are daily cleaned outside of their opening hours by our maintenance department. They are also bimonthly certified for safe use from a pool specialist company, which checks the pH levels and makes sure the chemicals contained are up to a safe level. However, we always recommend our guests to use the public showers before and after using our pools.  We are sorry to hear that about the issues you faced regarding your safe's function, but we are surprised to hear that our personnel was not helpful during this situation. Our staff are very dedicated to offer their best service in order to make our guests' holidays as carefree as possible.
