Wie schon erwähnt, das Hotel könnte als gutes 4* Hotel durchgehen, für 5 Sterne fehlte es leider deutlich. 1. Essen, das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war einfach definitiv nicht 5* würdig, auch die Location selbst war alles andere als liebevoll eingerichtet. 2. Fitness, das gesamte Gym ist unbrauchbar, alle Geräte Defekt 3. Zimmer. Sauberkeit lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig, ausserdem hatten wir eine Badewanne, da wäre eine Dusche deutlich eher nach 5* Standards. Das Zimmer war leider auch zu nah am Bar Bereich, daher war an Schlaf vor 23.00 nicht zu denken 4. Swim-up Suite ist irgendwie nicht so wirklich wie man sich das vorstellt, da gleich gegenüber ebenfalls leute liegen, wenn man dann "Glück" hat, hat man noch jeden Tag Aqua Gym vor der Nase

We are sorry to hear you were disturbed by the daytime fitness activities. The Aqua Fitness activities are part of our TUI BLUE concept, as well as our daily entertainment program. Upon availability and the request of our guests, we are happy to offer room changes to rooms in other locations. Kindly note that our hotel offers rooms with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. This depends on the room type and the location of each room.
