Achtung: kein WLAN! Nicht mal in Lobby! Frühstück nur drin möglich. Draußen nur sonnige Plätze. Drin stickiche Luft. Große Glasfront=wie Gewächshaus. Direkt neben Hotel für mein Empfinden zu laute Anlage (Strom?). Personal sehr freundlich. Sie bemühten sich sehr. Zimmer sauber aber alles (Möbel, Türen) veraltet und nicht gewartet!!! Türklinke Bad lose. Familienzimmer mit Verbindungstür hat insgesamt nur ein Bad/WC! An Pools einige große Löcher in den Seitengittern! gefährlich für z. B. kleine Kids?! Strand + Riff ok. Aber am Strand ab 10.00 Uhr keine Ruhe (italienische Animateure😉)

Dear guest Warm greetings from Utopia beach club team We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment about hotel service and staff ,we have to apologize if you did not find your vacation as you have planned but let us clear the situation ,in the main restaurant outside you find a big shadow for all guests to enjoy their breakfast not under the sun,about the generator does not belong to Utopia beach club but we will remove it soon ,the hotel management has renovated and will continue the renovation in all over the hotel ,about pools we have the main pool ,the water slides pool and the beach pool ,beside each pool we have kids pool and all of them safe and clean ,about WIFI we will do our best to increase the speed but cover all hotel areas.thanks a lot hoping to see you soon.
