Wir sind schon viel gereist (pauschal/individuell, Selbsversorgung/All Inclusive, Europa/Weltweit, einfach/luxuriös), aber so etwas hatten wir noch nie erlebt. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und das einzige Positive für uns war das Wetter, das Hausriff (inkl. Tauchschule) und die Sauberkeit (auch auf allen Toiletten). Negativ: Essen (von morgends bis abends; hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und wir sonst nicht wählerisch/heikel - zudem hatten wir beide 36 Stunden eine Magen-Darm Geschichte im Hotel), Getränke (noch nie eine so schlechte Getränkeauswahl im All Inclusive Package erlebt - Bier, Wein, Spirituosen = ungeniessbar; selbst Cola schmeckte nicht nach Cola), Zimmer (uralt und baufällig obwohl wir ein Superior Raum gebucht hatten), Mücken (hatten je ca. 40 Mückenstiche in dieser Woche), Sandflöhe (nervig am Strand und es waren nicht wenige), Trinkgeldkultur (so etwas habe ich selbst in ärmeren Ländern noch nie erlebt, war schlichtweg gekaufte Höflichkeit) plus am Extremsten nervte uns die 2 Klassengesellschaft (italienischter Teil und der Rest - P.S. das italienische Restaurant war fantastisch). Wir waren richtig froh, als diese Woche Urlaub vorbei war und wir wieder nach Hause durften.
Uralt aber sauber.
noch nie so schlecht gegessen und getrunken im Urlaub.
mit Trinkgeld gehts.
Nebem dem Hotel gibt es nur Wüste, aber der Strand und das Hausriff waren sehr schön.

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment even negative and we have to apologize if you did not find holiday as you have planned but about the negative points you have mentioned first of all the food as you have seen that in Utopia beach club we have 4 different restaurants the main for breakfast and dinner ,the Italian once per stay for dinner free ,the Mexican also once for free for dinner and the oriental for dinner once for free ,we have the beach restaurant for lunch pizza and crept,by the pools you will find late breakfast and snacks ,about the sand flies you have mentioned they were every where not only in Utopia beach club but the hotel has done a lot efforts to face them and managed to reduce them ,about tip no body ask tip and they know that the tip they will get after good service not before as in all over the world ,about all inclusive drinks as in all hotels the all inclusive in Utopia beach club we have different kind of drinks beer wine we have red white and rose ,all soft drinks and juices different kind of cocktails with alcohol or without in different areas rum gin vodka and many other alcohol drinks.if we have to apologize but in the same time hoping that we have cleared all the negative points you have mentioned and hoping to see you again.
