Das gesamte Hotel Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei jeglichen Problemen oder Mängeln. Das Animationsteam ist für jeden Spaß zu haben und offen für neue Ideen. Besonders Dasha ist eine sehr lebensfrohe Person und verbreitet immer gute Laune. Die Gerichte in den Restaurants wechseln sich täglich ab; sie wiederholen sich allerdings jede Woche. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert aber ansonsten ist für jeden Geschmack das Richtige dabei. Das fantastische an diesem Hotel ist noch das Hotel eigene Riff direkt vor dem Sandstrand. Morgens-Vormittags kann man mit Glück auch Delfine sehen. Alles in einem empfehle ich das Hotel Familien (miniklub ist täglich vom Animationsteam geöffnet) oder auch Tauchern.
Von Hurghada ist das Hotel ca. 3 Stunden entfernt und nach Port Ghalib können es zwischen 30-60 min werden, je nachdem wie der Taxifahrer fährt.

Das Hotel eigene Animationsteam bietet für jeden Bewegungsbereich etwas an, ob vom morgendlichen stretching bis hin zu Boccia oder Darts wird auch täglich Volleyball angeboten. Die Abendshows sind mit mit viel liebe und Spaß organisiert und sorgen für alle Generationen für lustige Abende.
