zum 3 mal 2018 im Utopia, zur zeit viele Umbauten und Renovierungsarbeiten. Personal super . Essen immer lecker und zufriedenstellend. Getränke teilweise stark verdünnt. Weihnachtsfeier einfach spitze. Leider merke mann zu Silvester das das Hotel keine Kapazitäten für soviel Gäste hatte.
Wir machen immer ein Upgrade auf das Deluxe Bungalow mit Meerblick einfach wunderbar. kleines Zimmer aber sauber relativ neu. Für uns ist der Blick aufs Meer einfach spitze. Leider haben wir erfahren das die 4 vorderen Bungalowreihen ab April 2019 an italienischen Veranstalter vermietet sind. Somit fällt es uns schwer das Hotel nochmals zubuchen.
Das Weihnachtsbuffet sowie das Silvesterbuffet einfach fantastisch. Das Personal teilweise 18 Stunden auf den Beinen aber immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz großes Lob.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren zum tauchen in Utopia, das Hausriff sowie die Nord und Südseite einfach wunderschön. Leider bemerkt man das der Fischreichtum von Jahr zu Jahr immer weniger wird. Korallenblöcke abgebrochen, und zerstört sind, einfach schade. Die Tauchbasis teilweise überlastet , wenn mann Fragen stellt soll man gleich Kurse buchen. Das familiäre und persönliche geht bei den Massen von Tauchern total unter. Großteil des Personals einfach spitze uns super, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis auf einen kleinen Teil der nur für Trinkgeld seinen Hintern hochhebt! Wir haben noch das Spar - und Wellnessangebot genutzt, einfach super. An Ahmed sowie das ganze Wellness -Team ein großes Lob. Bitte macht weiter so !!!

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia Beach Club We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your last stay in Utopia Beach Club and also for your wonderful comment about hotel service and staff,about what you have mentioned that An Italian agent has rent ,it is not true as the Italian agent will be like the German agents selling the hotel but Utopia Beach Club will continue as for all and will keep its stile and its service for all guests.about coral protect as you have seen that hotel management in co operation with the guests try to keep the coral reef by inventing new rules,about hotel capacity if you mean the main restaurant as you know that the dinner starting at 06:30 pm till 09:30 pm but all guests would like to eat in the same time ,by the end of March the hotel management will open the Italian restaurant so the Utopia guests can eat in each other ,but as you have noticed that no awaiting list in front of the main restaurant,even all guests in the same time.thanks a lot hoping to see you soon.
