Alle Mitarbeiter geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Doch das hotel ist sehr in die jahre gekommen vieles ist kaputt. Als wir zu 2 ankamen brachte man uns in ein Zimmer mit 2 getrennten betten (fest) obwol wir superior gebucht hatten. Bei den Abreise gab es nach dem aus checken 12 uhr kein Mittagessen mehr für uns obwohl wir erst um 15 Uhr den langen Heimweg abtreten konnten. Essen gab es dann für uns erst wieder gehen 2.00 uhr in Deutschland..
Auf mehrfachen Zimmerwechsel.. Haben wir uns dann entschieden für 9 pro Tag ein Deluxe Zimmer zu nehmen. Das Niveau war dann economy.. Versteht mich nicht falsch ich bin kein mecker Mensch und war schon über 10 mal in ägypten aber es gibt auch hier Grenzen.
Es gibt auf jeden Fall besseres in ägypten.
Der Service ist gut und ich denke davon lebt das hotel noch.
Tolles Hausriff Leider werden die Gäste nicht ausreichend informiert wie man mit der Natur umgehen muss das ist sehr schade

First about the room in Utopia beach club we have different rooms category the guest get the room he has booked with the travel agent we have economy standard superior deluxe and beach front junior suit the guest has to pay the difference for upgrade for example you have booked superior and would like to get deluxe bungalow the difference will be 9 Euro per room per day the bungalow you have got you had to pay more money to reserve from Germany so with 9 Euro was cheap. Second about the lunch in the last day as the rules in all hotels all over the world if you start with lunch in the first day you will end with the breakfast and for your arrival was early in the morning so you have got the lunch in the first day as registered in the check in time and you had to pay the lunch in the last day if you would like to get. The third thing you have mentioned that the hotel old we have done a lot of renovation in all hotel areas rooms ways restaurant and also the beach beds, we will continue this renovation.
