Dear guest Warm greetings from Utopia beach club team First of all we would like to thank you for getting the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for comment even negative about hotel service ,we have to apologize if you did not enjoy your vacation ,we will do our best to satisfy all guests wishes . About TV program against the problems we had with Astra before Corona virus so we have decided to buy a special Astra satellite in order to avoid any problem as we know that a lot of hotels in south Egypt have problem with Astra so now we have two or three German program . About food we care about food heat in hotel we have more than 600 guests if two or three have stomach trouble it does not mean that coming from food other way the other guests will have the same problem,about food variety we provide different kind of chicken meat fish craps turkey and ducks and in the same time all vegetables pasta station desserts this only for dinner buffet and no doubt that for lunch you will have the same choice beside snacks by the pool. We care about safety and security every where stating from the arrival by disinfecting all bags maximum security by and in all pools we have as we have more than 5 pools till the beach safe .
