Hotel Gut. Küche sehr, sehr schlecht!! Zimmer gut, Anlage in Ordnung, wenn nicht der Strom aus fällt Abends und man die Treppe runterfällt weil man den Weg nicht mehr sieht zum Bungalow.
War in Ordnung Gut geschlafen.
Menu: 1 Poulet Menu : 2 Rind Menu 3 : Fisch Menu : 4 Pasta, Das 14 Tage lang und alle Tage !!! Keine Salatsauce !! Mayonnaise nicht gekühlt, Salmonellen Gefahr bei über 35 Grad sehr gross dasselbe beim Butter, flüssig wie Öl nicht gekühlt Durchfall Programmiert ! Mit dem Küchenchef darüber gesprochen und dem Gästebetreuer nichts passierte!!! Den war es egal. Von hören her waren die meisten Gäste mit der Küche nicht zufrieden. Sowas tut einem weh als pensionierter Koch.
Gaben sich alle Mühe aber das Abräumen war doch etwas Übertrieben, man wahr ja noch richtig fertig und weg war der Teller und das halbvolle Weinglas . Beschwerden nicht weiter geleitet, daher wurde nichts Unternommen.
Wenn man nicht Schnorchelt oder Taucht sind die Distanzen zum nächsten Dorf 30 Autominuten entfernt.Entfernung vom Flughafen Hurgada 3 Std. Nein Luxor ca. 4 Std.

Stretching, Boccia, Wassergymnastik, Darts, Beachvolleyball,das war's. Poolanlagen waren in Ordnung und sauber. Entertainment ja, meisten das gleiche Musik sehr laut. Wellness, ja nicht benutzt.

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia Beach Club We would like to thank you for giving us your feedback from your last stay in our hotel ,we would like to apologize if your holiday was not as you have planned but let us explain the situation from the beginning as the location ,hotel is not away from Marsa Alam airport is only 40 km ,Hourghada airport is 160 km or two hours,port Galib if you look for shopping is just 50 km,Luxor 4 hours with air conditioned bus ,about room as you said you have had a very nice renovated room,about service we have provided the drinks machine in different bars and areas so you can have your drink with glass any time and every where ,about food we have different buffet as international ,Egyptian and Mexican ,but we will try to improve our food quality and variety ,as we said we have to apologize but we hope to see you again to welcome you and we will be happy to welcome you in your second home Utopia Beach Club.
