Eine große Baustelle ! Nur Deutsche Rentner. Es wird einem an jeder Ecke versucht etwas zu verkaufen. Würde ich definitiv nie wieder besuchen dieses "Hotel". W-Lan ging die ganze Zeit nicht. Wasser war teilweise braun, das Essen oft ungenießbar. KEIN ALKOHOL DORT TRINKEN !!!!!!!!!!!!! Cocktail ohne Alk. 1€ und mit Alk. 2€ ich denke, da sollte jeder schon bescheid wissen was da gepanscht wird. Waren zu dritt und haben alle jetzt noch beschwerden.
Die Möbel sind extrem alt. Schimmel in der Dusche.
Das Essen sowie die Getränke waren eine einzige Katastrophe.
Solange man ein gutes Trinkgeld gibt, ist man gern gesehen.
Rund herum nur Wüste. Über 1 Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt und weit über 1 Stunde bis zur nächsten Stadt.

Das Riff ist wunderschön, das ist aber auch schon alles. Die Quad Touren die absolut überteuert sind auf Quads die fast auseinander fallen, sind auch nicht zu empfehlen.

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia Beach Club We would like to thank you for your feedback and we have to apologize if your holiday was not like what you have planned but let me explain you all inclusive drinks and what you have to pay as first of all you have one bottle of water every day if you finish you can fill it from every bar in every area ,soft drinks like coca cola fanta sprrit and aqua soda in every where with glass about alcohol you have Egyptian beer wine three red white and rose ,gin vodka rum wisky and a lot of coktails such as cola with gin or many other you can ask in every bar but as in all over world in every hotel you are going to find extra charge areas and no one disturb the guests and you have the choice to get or not ,about what you have mentioned that hotel is away from the first city called Quseir is not true as between us and the city is only 22 km ,to Hurghada city is 160 km,port Galib is only 60 km Luxor is 300 km,about what you have mentioned abou tip as you know no one ask tip but if the guest gives it is okay ,but you will also receive the same service with smile ,thanks and hoping to see you again Best wishes Hotel management
