Das Hotel ist in herunter gekommenen Zustand, das Essen immer das Selbe, teilweise wird vom Vortag aufgewärmt. Die Spaghetti sind ungenießbar. Die Pflanzen werden mit Abwasser gegossen welches seit bestehen des Hotels ins Meer rinnt, auch die Tauchbasis verwendet täglich reines Chlor zur Desinfektion (5 Liter Flaschen habe ich gezählt und auch fotografiert). In dementsprechenden Zustand ist das Riff. Wer das nicht bemerkt ist blind. Die Korallen sind verfärbt, viele sind schon komplett tot, die Kohlkorallen auseinander gebrochen, das Wasser trüb und wenig Fische! Es ist sehr traurig, aber dort wird Raubbau vom Feinsten betrieben! EIn verantwortungsvoller Taucher und Urlauber sollte dort nicht buchen, ich fühle mich schlecht dort meinen Fußabdruck hinterlassen zu haben!

Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia Beach Club First of all let us thank you for taking thee time to share with us your feedback coming from your last stay in our hotel,second we have to apologize if your holiday was not like what you have planned but as you know and you have seen that we have made new rules in order to protect our house reef as you know the contract between us sand our guests on their arrival they have to sign second that we signed our house reef so the guests cant not go on the coral reef we punish who walks on the reef ,and we are going to ask the diving center about what you have mentioned that they use chlorine for disinfection ,hallo again I have asked our diving center about this ,they have told me that they use the chlorine only only for disinfection the water tank in front of the diving center not the Sea,we thank you to care about our house reef and as you know that both of hotel and diving center care about house reef as we need to protect it,so we do our best to keep it ,about food we so sorry that you did not like our buffet but as you know that we have opened a new restaurant we called it Mexicano ,in few days we will open fish restaurant some days later we will be able to open an oriental ,sorry that you did not enjoy your vacation but we promise you to do our best to make your next holiday enjoyable .
