Typisch ägyptischen AI Hotel mit Zimmern mit Balkon und funktionierender Klimaanlage. Sehr schönes Hausriff mit guter Tauchbasis vor Ort mit sehr gutem Service. Zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir dort waren war das Hotel sehr voll. Es war allerdings nur ein Restaurant geöffnet. Um überhaupt einen Platz zu bekommen, waren wir schon deutlich vor den Öffnungszeiten dort und um der Schlacht am Buffett zu entgehen. Man fühlte sich wie in einer Oase ohne Corona. Abstände, Masken gab es nicht. Selten gab es mal Kellner mit korrekter Maske . Essen AI typisch, man hat was gefunden, wenn man gesucht hat, hat man was gefunden. Wenig Abwechslung. Wir hatten vorab gelesen, dass es nur Plastik bzw. Pappbecher kargab, Messer und Gabel, zumindest erste Fuhre war in Plastik.... deshalb hatten wir unseren Plastikbecher und Plastiktasse dabei. Müll ohne Ende. Selbstbedienung war angesagt Typisches AI Hotel, das sich wegen Tauchbasis und Hausriff lohnt...

Dear guest First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your last stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment about hotel service and staff,we appreciate your comment and we will do our best to improve our service to be sure that we satisfy every one. Second we have to clear the negative point you have mentioned that on the buffet was a lot of guests in the same time but for your information that we create two buffet specially for lunch and dinner one inside the restaurant and the second is outside to reduce the number of the guests on the buffet, second we advice all guests to keep the distance as we signs every where inside and outside,tables organized following the Corona rules,all drinks served in one way cups, tables clean sanitizer every where on the tables and waiters vaccinated two times but also with mask.
