Zum 6 Mal im Utopia und diesmal sehr enttäuscht. Bucht, Riff, Pool und Garten super. Aber miserabler Fraß (fantasielos und von geringer Qualität) und dringendst notwendige Renovierung der Zimmer. Z. Zt. nicht empfehlenswert.

Dear Guest, Sunny greetings from Utopia Beach Club. Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. It is always a delight to welcome back friends to our resort. However we are disappointed that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations. As an all year round resort,it can difficult to complete some maintenance issues during peak periods and we always aim to do so with guest satisfaction at the fore front. At present we are have entered in a wide ranging renovation phase in the hotel. Firstly the bungalow rooms have already begun their renovation and are due to be completed in early 2016. We are also reviewing and updating all our outlets and some of their features. This is an ongoing project. In the coming months we are also going to implementing a number of new guest services, with the aim of enhancing your holiday experience. I am certain that when you visit us again you will be greatly happy with our significant changes.
