Allgemein
  • Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
    Sehr schlecht

Dear Mr. Jens This poisonous and sad complaint deserves to be answered despite its cruelty. It is a pity that we come across some peculiar guests, who come with their personal issues to vent their anger on the hotel, the hotel will reply to each paragraph as Viva. Mr. Jens Family: The hotel is in a secluded location in a supposed nature reserve. Garbage is in the area and a lot more just outside, see pictures. It is in need of renovation in many places. Viva Reply: No need to draw your attention that we are located in a remote area and are exposed to strong storms of harsh winds which blow lots of fragments and debris scattered in the desert which are deposited and accumulate outside the hotel fences, we periodically take permits from the coast guards to collect those remains from outside of the hotel, because of the area in which the hotel is located in Military zone. We are extremely sad that you have invested your time in going outside the hotel boundaries to photograph the negatives just to satisfy yourself and take revenge on the hotel and tarnish its reputation and the hard-working staff. Mr. Jens Family: Location and surroundings 1.0 We would advise against a walk on the beach, just rubbish everywhere. Otherwise a bit remote, but we knew that. Unfortunately, there is no way to order a taxi but only use the overpriced hotel shuttle. Viva Reply: I am surprised at this behavior. Mr. Jens, if you and your wife had invested a little of your time to search well on our hotel website or even searched the reviews on the hotel's Facebook and social media, you would have realized that the hotel is located in a quiet area, 45 km away from Hurghada. You wouldn't have to complain about the cost of limousine transportation and wouldn't have to spoil your vacation and take your revenge from the hotel to release your anger. Mr. Jens Family: Room 3.0 Arrived Monday to Tuesday night but unfortunately didn't get the booked sea view room. There was a room on the north side with a view of the desert. After a complaint on Tuesday, we got a room with a pool view and a partial sea view because there are only rooms with a sea view as a suite. The shower tray had a chip and you have to be careful not to hurt yourself. The light in the bathroom is very poor. Otherwise, the room was ok. Viva Reply: Certainly, any straight, positive, peaceful - loving life and the tolerant person would have easily come to the front offices and placed his or her request as easy as many of our esteemed guests do and we could have solved their issues easily., Mr. Jens Family: service 1.0 The employees try very hard but there are apparently not enough staff. The pool bar was always closed and the beach bar was also not occupied from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. because the employee in the restaurant had to help out. Viva Reply: Absolutely not true enough of your allegations - even if what you say is true, there is a barman in charge of the beach who has nothing to do with the restaurant staff - why didn't you order the headwater or complain at the front offices. Mr. Jens Family: The room service hid things (flashlight)...if you hadn't missed them, you'd definitely be forgotten. Bath towel exchange is very complicated or not possible at all. Viva Reply: Unacceptable - We have built our good reputation because of our honest staff - I think that's enough - Check the reviews since the hotel opened I dare you to find any indication of your allegations. Mr. Jens Family: You get a towel upon arrival. After 3 days, we asked our room service at noon for fresh beach towels and after a long back and forth we got 2 clean ones from an unused room. Viva Reply: It is clearly marked in the bathroom (To help the glop we save energy if you need to change towels drop them on the bathroom floor and the housekeeping staff will change them for you) Can you read Mr. Jens ??? or just you and your wife complaining to complain. Mr. Jens Family: Deficiencies are ignored by the restaurant manager. After complaining, you are no longer greeted and insulted as a slave driver. At the reception, we spoke very little German. After contacting the tour guide, who at first didn't even want to come, we were able to change the hotel after a long discussion after he had convinced himself of the shortcomings. However, we could only leave the VIVA BLUE after paying 110 euros + 42 euros for the hotel shuttle, as there is no taxi to book there. In the new Hotel Stella Di Mare Makadi it was a dream... but only for 2 days. Viva Reply: If you have chosen to run after Mr. Rico the other hotel guest (that Nazi the one we kicked him out from the hotel due to his unfriendly racist way to our staff) became allied to discredit the hotel, and you treated our staff with bad face - what do you expect?? despite the fact that there were lots of other in-house guests were satisfied and happy. Mr. Jens Family: gastronomy 1.0 The hygiene concept alleged in the hotel consists of about 5 disinfectant dispensers in the facility. Otherwise, there is nothing more. Neither masks nor gloves from the staff. The food in the hotel is a disaster... It doesn't matter whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, see the pictures. The coffee warming container is a joke and defective. Hot water is poured to warm up the coffee. The cake was sour and thus spoiled. For lunch, there was fish and spinach... I don't even think the English eat that. Cheap fish sticks have more taste than the fish served there. Gastrointestinal complaints are inevitable........ Viva Reply: we don't need to defend ourselves from your cruel allegations about our food and safety standards, the hotel is complying with the international rules, and is licensed by the ministry of health and tourism in addition we are contracting the German TUV Nored to inspect the food safety and hygiene arrangement, all our staff is fully vaccinated ( so talking about hygiene is unacceptable). You said food is (a disaster) ?? this is not the opinion of %80 of our guests and repeaters if you could have been a constructive person and have a special test you could have politely asked the headwaiter or the executive head chef both are presented day and night to prepare whatever you love they could have done it to please you, like what we do with other guests like VEGANS, but you chose to follow Mr. Rico the Nazis. Of course, you are free to express your opinion, but have you ever faced yourself and checked why there are 80% positive reviews on Google, Facebook, and other social media??? from our esteemed guests?? Didn't you try to figure out why??.
