Dear Sir, I am replying to your negative comment, not because of you - but to whom they may look to your allegations, ..I am sure none of our respectable guests would believe your comment, that we did not clean up your room for almost 11 days!!? Our guest reviews shows 6 out of 6. I wonder why humans don't face themselves and be honest to tell the truth!!? The truth is: Every guest knows that check out time in all hotels is 12 noon time. You did not show up at the reception, accidently we encountered you in the restaurant at 2:30pm and permitted you to stay free till 3:00 pm; you refused invoking you need to shower before leaving the hotel at 8:00pm, we have been so kind to you and offered free room for half an hour to have a shower before you go, but you refused too, finally we offered you big discounted rate to stay till 8:00pm € 10 for 2 pax. Despite the fact, you know your meal plan ends with Lunch, and (we were nice not to remove the bracelet from your hand at lunch time to let you enjoy drinks free of charge) - you went to have dinner, since the headwaiter does his job he informed you that your dinner is chargeable, but instead you shouted at him in front of the other hotel guests in a bad rood manner and throw the bracelet onto his face!!. Since I knew about the case, and I care for our valuable guests I asked the front office to inform you that the management is pleased to invite you for free meal, but you reacted again with bad manner and refused our gentle offer. Now you try to take revenge from our hotel and I will never permit you to destroy our staff hard work with your allegations.
