Kindly find our reply in sequence order: - Your feedback about cracks in some doors, no doubt was followed up with the maintenance department, as for the service and hospitality – I really have no comment because the majority of guest's opinions are positive – (why you did not contact the management!!). - Regarding that the hotel is located in a distance of 50 km from Hurghada and in a remote area?? I think you should ask yourself first, you have chosen this property.. You did not read the site of the hotel!!. - As for the cleanliness of the rooms it was easy to contact the front offices to resolve any observations or comments in one second instead of waiting to get back to Germany wishing to destroy our reputation. Just for your information we welcome any guest comments in a positive way that is why our guest`s satisfaction on cleanliness of rooms is 5 out of 6 . We value very much the comments of our valuable guests that is why our rating is 90%. Our resort is Chill out concept has beautiful reef full of virgin marine life for snorkelers and divers too that is why there is no animation Viva Blue is not your hotel, honestly I recommend you to read carefully the location, services provided in the property you are planning to spend your vacation in order to enjoy your time and find what suits you.
