Dear Lorena, We appreciate the time taken to share your experience with us and other travelers .We deeply regret any inconvenience you may have experienced during your holidays among us. Most of our guests really enjoy our service and property as we do our best to please them as much as possible, Therefore as you may understand we are so sad to know that you didn't feel that way. -We kindly want to inform you Check in & Check out processes may take longer at specific times for operational reasons (peak times, massive arrivals and departures, technical and operational reasons). Therefore, all rooms are ready at 03pm. If a guest arrives before 03pm (Check In Time) and the room is not ready, the guest receives the bracelet for using all services and facilities. Our C-In procedure takes between 10-15 minutes. We really apologies for any inconvenience caused. -Concerning the food, we always of course respect different points of view especially in terms of food. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by our offer, since we usually get many praises for it; still, we wish we would have been timely advised while you were on-sit, since our Chefs are constantly ready to cater for any particular taste. -In terms of the variety of food, the lunch and dinner menu rotates every day and we have a different daily special, we also have 1 à la carte restaurant with other varieties. My sincere apologies for not having fulfilled your expectations. Of course, I have transmitted your comments to our Executive Chef, who will take all appropriate measures and implement new menu changes. We want reiterate our most sincere apologies once again for any discomfort you may have experienced, we would have loved to have these comments while on property as I´m sure we would have found the way to please you. We have discussed your comments with all staff members including our management team and would like to take this opportunity to thank-you for highlighting certain points you were unhappy about.
