Food and Beverages Before and After Check-In: While the official check-in time is at 2:00 PM, guests arriving early are welcome to enjoy the resort's facilities. Food and beverages can be purchased from our bar and restaurant à la carte menu before check-in. After check-out at 12:00 PM, guests may also continue to enjoy our dining services on a pay-as-you-go basis until their departure. Best Side for a Bungalow: All our bungalows offer a beautiful tropical escape.

Regarding your request to choose a specific bungalow number: While we do not guarantee exact bungalow numbers in advance, we are always happy to note your preferences and will do our very best to accommodate them based on availability at the time of your arrival. Please feel free to let us know if you have a specific bungalow number or location in mind (e.g., sunrise or sunset side, water or beach bungalow), and we’ll take note of it in your booking. We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable island experience.

The Half Board Plus package includes In terms of snacks, please note that light snacks are included as part of the Half Board Plus package. (M However, we do offer a variety of snacks and à la carte items throughout the day, which are available for purchase at our bar and coffee shop.

Our Deluxe Beach Bungalows are located along the beachfront, offering direct access to the beach and stunning sea views. While we do not assign specific room numbers in advance, we are happy to note your preference for a particular location on the island. Please let us know if you have a preference for a specific area, and we will do our best to accommodate it based on availability at the time of your arrival. Room numbers starting from 101 - 150 are deluxe beach bungalows.

Currently we only have one category of beach bungalows which is "Deluxe Beach Bungalows"

We’re truly sorry to hear that your beach experience was less comfortable than expected. Our beach loungers are typically equipped with cushions to ensure our guests can relax comfortably throughout the day. If for any reason you found your lounger without one, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

With our Half Board Plus package, you are entitled to breakfast and dinner at our main restaurant, along with a selection of beverages during dinner. This typically includes house wine (red/white), by glass / draft beer, soft drinks, and still water. However, sparkling wine is not included under the Half Board Plus plan and would be charged separately. Please note that lunch is not included in the Half Board Plus package. However, you are very welcome to dine à la carte at our bar during lunchtime, with a wide variety of international and local options available.
