Veligandu Maldives Resort Island

Hallo, du kannst am Hausriff und um die Insel herum des Öfteren Riffhaie sehen (0,7-1,5m). Du kannst allerdings einen Ausflug buchen, bei dem man mit Ammenhaien schnorcheln kann (ca. 40 min. mit dem Speedbot). Die Haie sind allerdings deutlich grösser (2,0-3,5m) und kommen den Menschen dort sehr nahe (teils bis Hautkontakt).

Ammenhaie haben wir nicht gesehen, aber es werden Schorchelausflüge dazu angeboten, aber sehr teuer. Haie auf der westseite sieht man auch größere. Jedoch ist dort die Strömung teilweise oder Gezeitenabhängig sehr stark. Hatten mal Probleme beim zurückschwimmen.

Dear Marie, Thank you for your question. Please note that in our Ocean Pool Villas with a sunrise view, the sun can be enjoyed until approximately 10:00–11:00 AM. Afterwards, the villa will be shaded, though you can still enjoy the sun in other areas of the resort. The Half Board meal plan includes water, tea, and coffee during your stay. Please note the differences between the two villa categories: The Ocean Pool Villa is 125 sqm, offers a sunrise view, and features an indoor bathroom with a rain shower. The Sunset Ocean Pool Villa is 152 sqm, offers a sunset view, and includes a bathtub in the bathroom.
