Stimmt es, dass man beim Einchecken eine Kreditkarte oder Bar-Kaution für das Zimmer hinterlegen muss?

Dear Simone, sorry if I reply in English but my German is not so good. Upon arrival we ask a credit card number just as guarantee for the hotel. We don't charge anything. This is just a warranty for the hotel since every client has a credit open on the room. If a client doesn't have a credit card, we ask 100€ as deposit in cash, and at the check out we give the money back. Ja das stimmt.Wir haben eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt und es wurde ein bestimmter Betrag geblockt,ähnlich wie bei einem Mietwagen.Wir fliegen morgen zum zweiten mal hin🤗

Hallo Simone, ja die Kreditkarte wurde verlangt. Auf den Kanaren ist dies jetzt in mehren Hotels erforderlich. Grüße Ambros u. Hilde
