"L'Agave" takes its name from the gorgeous and stately plant surrounding the resort in many species. The resort is located in the middle of a natural amphitheater of mediterranean scrub with a magnificent view to the Adriatic sea and to the Medieval village of Massignano. Thought to be totally in harmony with the surrounding scenario, resort's architecture succssfully combines simple and linear volumes, colored with the orange and ochra tones of the land and with wooden porches and roof. The 10 apartments are located at the ground and at the first floor of the building, all with wide and comfortable terraces facing our spectacular hills and with gorgeous sea views. All the terraces overlook a large swimming pool with jacuzzi, nestled in a lush garden with flowers, palms and three beautiful olive trees that create pleasant shadow areas and recall the romantic atmosphere of the "colline marchigiane". The garden and the pool communicate with a comfortable living and relax area, a colorful wet bar, a pleasant lounge with a multilingual library where our rich and fragrant breakfasts are served every morning, are though to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable.

Agave Resort is located 5 km from the beach, 7 km from the promenade which stretches for 20 km from Cupra Marittima to San Benedetto del Tronto. We are located 700 m from the center of Massignano and 4 km from Montefiore dell'Aso (circuit "Borghi più belli d'Italia") where you can find: resturant, supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, bank and.... a nice atmosphere!

Our breakfasts are tasty and healthy with typical products of the land and tradition of Marche. Our wet bar, at exclusive use of our guests, offers drinks and snacks with seasonal products at Km0. On saturday afternoon we offer a "Welcome cocktail" to our guests by the pool. We can give information on our partner restaurants.

Our swimming pool is a large body of water nested in the center of the garden overlooking the relax and lounge areas and all the apartments. Our surroundings offer guests wonderful hiking and biking trails, mountain bike and horseback riding, boat and mountain excursion opportunities. Historical reenactments, festivals, shows and concerts everywhere in the squares, theaters and historic sites of our land ... every day at any time of the year.
