Its central location allows easy access to major arts and cultural centre/cities such as Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano all reachable to the maximum in a couple of hours of car.

Its central location allows easy access to major arts and cultural centre/cities such as Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano all reachable to the maximum in a couple of hours of car. Within driving distance visitors can also reach local sites like the International Racing Circuit of Mugello, the Outlet of Barberino with its ninety shops of large and international brands and the Bilancino Lake, with its many sports and non-sports activities.
Zimmer / Unterbringung im Hotel
At the moment the villa consists of one apartment, with private entrance. “Bea” apartment is on the first mezzanine floor (73 m²) and it consists of an equipped cooking area (oven, 4 gas burners, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer), a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed; two double/twin rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a private outdoor area. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
