Hotel Veter is a 3 star hotel with a magnificient location. In front of the doors pure nature, but yet close to the city. Our guests can enjoy the peace and harmony in our house, enjoy the modern lines combined with natural materials and feel like you have been here before. In our prices is breakfast included. We offer an excellent accomodation for all families, who want to enjoy active holidays, for bussiness travelleres, who need quiteness after long days. As well we welcome individuals groups! You can choose from 37 double rooms, 5 apaprtments or even our hostel (triple and quadruple rooms)
Die Lage des Hotels
Hotel Veter lies near Maribor, Slovenia's second biggest city, in the small town Ruše. We are just under the hill Pohorje, which offers various possbilities for hiking, cycling or enjoying nature sights. Airport Maribor is about 25 kilometres away. Getting to our hotel with the bus or train is also very easy, as you only have to take the bus direction Ruše from Maribor or the train in the same direction. Bus station is only 300 m from the hotel, train station about 1,3 km.

We offer 37 double rooms, all equipped with bathroom, TV, wirelless internet, safe, mini bar, telephone and air conditioning. For all the demanding guests there are 5 appartments available at the top of the hotel, offering great space and accomodation for up to 6 people. A big terrace, showing you the beauty of the hills around. 2 of the appartments will spoil you in their own special way - with your OWN WELLNESS corners. Enjoy the evening in your own jacuzzi, watching the sun go down or the stars come up. Still not what you are looking for? Then maybe the right choice is our hostel - but please do not think, that this is an ordinary hostel. It's quality is equal to the hotel, with the difference that in the hostel you can find bunk beds. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer, tv and wirelless internet, breakfast, bed linen and towels included in price.
Gastronomie im Hotel
Our restaurant Verna will spoil you tastes with national slovenian regional food, but also with specialities from all over. Our guests can enjoy their meal and sit next to the nature. Our director is cooking by himself, a delicious experience!
Sport und Unterhaltung
Our guests can use the swimming pool and wellness area in the sports centre Ruše, where there is a big swimming pool, sauna and whirpools as well as bowling and outdoor game fields. Internet in our hotel is free and available with cable or Wi-fi. If you are searching for a nice place for smaller conferences and meetings, we can offer our conference room in the first floor, equipped with all necessary technologies for a perfect meeting.

Our staff will be glad to help you in any case of problems. In our laundry service you can give away your clothes for washing, at the reception you can ask about a nice trip into the nature, or you just enjoy the culinaric experience, sometimes also cooked by our director himself! We are a cosy hotel with a familiar atmosphere.
