Alfresco is a six bedroom panoramic Villa, with over 400sq meters of internal areas available for our guests, rented in an exclusive use formula only. The property is fenced and gated, and the access road is a white road among the hills, designed by two rows of maritime pines, welcoming our guest into our parking and fountains promenade. Alfresco is developed on three levels: the entrance level, with a living area and some service spaces, and a bedroom area, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with private windows or covered terraces and patios. The First level, bedroom area, with three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private thub in its ensuite bathroom. The ground level with a 45 squared meters living kitchen, a living and game area, three bathrooms and a huge panoramic 150squared meters veranda, with tables and chairs, sorrounded by trees and lemon trees, directly accessible from the Alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley of olive trees. Access to the 150squared meters heated swimming pool is from this level, through two minumental staircases, divided by a real tuscan stone fontain. The Pool level has chairs, chaise longues, two bathrooms and two showers, and two changing rooms. There is also a bar at the pool level and an area for your private receptions, also overlooking the valley and the medieval village of Montecatini Alto. Parking is available for more than 10 cars, and an authorized external catering have its own private space to build up your event in our Villa.

The Villa is located in Montecatini Alto, next to Montecatini Terme. Montecatini Terme is a small city from XVIII century founded over the presence of hot thermal waters, called “spring waters”, that had been used since the Roman emperor to heal soldiers. These waters have healing principles for gastrointestinal deseases and for cholesterol, and during the centuries this little cozy city has developed around some thermal stations, built on the belle epoque and still bringing that style marks. With over 18.000 inhabitants, this touristic place has a nice shopping promenade, many bars and pubs for good aperitives and quite a number of various restaurants Montecatini Terme is located in the middle of a Valley called Valdinievole, defined by the presence at its south_east side of Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo, and at its North-west of Collodi, the village where the wooden puppet Pinocchio was invented. This interesting area is organized in 11 municipalities, and has got many interesting visits to be done: a paradise for bikers and birdwatchers, it is a land for great food and hidden little churches. Over 50 km of trekking paths are linked among each others, including horse-back ridings and trail running paths. Located at just 15km from Montecatini Terme, Pistoia is an incredible medieval city with over 90.000 inhabitants which has a lot to offer and to visit, if you like medieval buildings and art. Breakfast Service From our experience one of the best moments on holiday is breakfast time, sharing sunny mornings with the ones you love. In spring and summer the weather in Italy is amazingly nice in the morning: it's sunny but the air is fresh, and we see all our guests gathering at the same table, at some point in the morning, loving the moment. That's why we have decided to provide breakfast service, too: once our guests try it, and understand what it means to have an italian breakfast served "alfresco", they don't want to skip that anymore. Kids love it, mum and dad love it because they don't have to clean afterwards, families love it because everybody is happy around the table. Our breakfast service lasts 1 hour, timing may be agreed the evening before with our guests, for your nest holiday experience. Breakfast menu is international, including both continental and American breakfast elements; we also cater gluten free, vegan and lactosium free options, as well as traditional ones! Cooking service Before their arrivals our guests write or ask us in order to ask for someone cooking italian and local for their stay in our villa, and our answer is always yes. We collaborate with cooks , professional cooking in italian restaurants or in Catering agencies or in small local businesses, perfect for meals and special meals and unforgettable memories for your family in our private villa, cooking just for you. We also collaborate with gourmet chefs, with sophisticated cooking style, who work with a sous-chef and a kicthen brigade, providing excellent culinary experiences and tasteful memories for your family or your group of friends. Eating in Italy and Tuscany is an excellent experience in any of the ways you'll decide to have it, and we recommend you not to miss: the staff of Villa Alfresco will be happy to answer to your request for a private dinner "Alfresco"! KIDS "R" WELCOME Villa Alfresco is suitable for children, for families or group of friends with many kids: baby cots and cribs are available, as well as all the necessary in-house facilities for them, including some games and a lot of space where they can play safely. Wifi is working perfectly everywhere, giving easy access to web channels and internet - games with entertainment for kids. The swimming pool is protected and it is maximum 1mt 40cm high. Other than the bigger one, we also have a service small kitchen on the first floor, closer to the sleeping rooms area, in case children or toddlers have needs during the night. This part of Tuscany offers many activities for kids, starting from the Funicular train to Montecatini Alto, 5 mins drive, to parks, themed parks, a natural sustainable zoo, trekking and soft trekking paths, and the beach with a quiet seaside is only 35 mins drive from our place.
