On the next day after the rain the hotel staff took all efforts to clean the white walls from the red Sahara dust which came down with the rain.

Every evening one is delighted by stunning sunsets, sitting on the terrace of Homeric Poems.

There were two rainy days in June, but one can do some indoor visits or drive to ancient Thira for example.

The wonderful pool of Homeric Poems is very pleasant. From there one has a phantastic view over the caldera and the island. The water is a bit chilly and therefore the pool is often empty. We enjoyed it a lot and had fun !
