Not much to say. Definitely Is not a 5* hotel. 4* maximum. A positive rating deserves new comfortable rooms with good daily cleaning service and a "Late checkout" waiting lounge. Simply nothing interesting located in a hotel's area. No customer service at all. I prepared "tips" but didn't share them because no one deserved. No one was even trying to provide an exceptional service. Only receptionist Deniz, bell boy, pier bartender Gül Buhar and the HK team deserved appreciation. Alcohol is poor. Cocktails s..cks.…
