We are happy to learn that you enjoyed our interior- laid-back boho style and the wonderful service of our housekeeping team & highlighting our beautiful outdoor areas. I would kindly add that our team indeed speaks languages, not only English or German but French, Russian, Latvian, Romanian, and Italian as well among many more. We are beyond proud of the nature surrounding location that can deliver the ultimate relaxation and private feeling that is being praised highly among the majority of our guests, but reacting to each variety of holiday- we are proudly working with a local company providing taxi services 0-24 within 10 minutes to Ierapetra, the closest town only 6kms away from our premises. However, we apologize for the shortcomings you experienced with our dining experience in Tamarisk, our main restaurant. Rest assured, we take your feedback seriously and will address these issues with our Executive Chef to ensure that such lapses are not repeated in the future. Although I would like to highlight some changes, we have already implemented in our operation even during your stay with us- that you might be overlooked by the inconvenience you might feel regarding the waiting times. At breakfast & dinner time, our Restaurant Management and Guest Experience department is at the disposal of our guests. to make sure that if any incidents or complaints arise– we are there for you! I truly regret that you felt you couldn’t share this experience with us while being our guest as in this case, I am certain that we would handle the complaint with a solution that would satisfy you to the fullest. Regarding your feedback on our private beach site, I would like to clarify that our beautiful coast is well-maintained and kept clean several times a day. Of course- supervised and documented daily. Also, we are very proud to announce that as of the season of 2023, we are in the preparation procedure of taking the “BLUE FLAG CERTIFICATION”- which is awarded the cleanness, water quality, organization, the safety of the swimmers, environmental protection, and other services of the beach. Not only from you but neither from our guests did we receive any negative mentions similar. Not only our sun lounger area but the breathtaking crystal-clear water is praised highly among our guests. As for our entertainment, kindly be advised that we unquestionably have a diversity of programs carefully selected and organized to give our valued guests well-deserved active relaxation. Only to mention a few from the exact dates you stayed with us: 5 times a day complimentary yoga and fitness classes. Live DJ and Saxophonist music performances by our MareMare bar, not to mention our outdoor cinema- each night under the stairs- serving popcorn and offering bar services through the duration of the movies. Additionally, a special mixologist event took place during your stay to introduce the wonderful Greek ingredients of use not only by your dinner but directly poured into your iced chilled glass. And outside of our premises the top recommendations of the beautiful island of Crete by our Concierge services at your disposal like jeep safaris, diving, hiking, and visiting historical sites around the island. This is why we feel that there are some aspects of the online review that might not complete the entire picture of your holiday in NUMO IERAPETRA, even our determined efforts shown to each of our guests daily.
